6pm Fridays Vinyasa Flow (level 2) In vinyasa yoga styles, our breathing becomes synchronized with our movements and our poses flow into one another in a type of yoga dance. This class is perfect for adventurous beginners who appreciate a mindful workout.
10am Saturdays JivaMuhkti Inspired yoga (level 2) Challenging and informative, JivaMuhkti class encourages deep yoga focus with proper alignment and intelligent adjustments. Beginners are welcome, assuming a modest degree of physical fitness.
